From June 29-July 3, three Purdy FBLA students attended the Future Business Leaders of America National Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL. Students earned the right to attend by their performance at the State FBLA Leadership Conference in April. Freshman Brennan Hawkins competed in Intro to Business Concepts, Sophomore Gracelyne Logan competed in Intro to Business Procedures, and Senior Ruby Knight competed in Future Business Educator. While in Orlando, students were able to network with fellow FBLA members from across the nation, attend leadership workshops, and explore some of the sights of the city. Purdy FBLA students compete under the direction of advisers Emily Kooi and Kay Wright.
